If super fast metal ain’t your thing, then maybe give sludge metal band Traitors a try. The Florida-based band plays its first show in Tampa since 2019 at Orpheum. Tampa band Prison—along with Weeping Wound, Heavy Hitter, Nailwound, Corpus and Aera Cura—open the show, and according to Prison’s Facebook page , the band is “attempting to contact Guinness Book to break the world record for most stage-dives in one set. If anyone has a contact there, please DM us.” (Maybe Prison should ask fellow Tampeõ metalhead Prince Midnight.)
