Do you think your pup has what it takes to make it as a model?

Humane Society of Tampa Bay is taking applications, through June 30, for its second coffee table book “Tails of Gratitude - A Collection of Thank You Notes from People to Their Pets.” Last year’s book raised $8,850; the nonprofit is setting a goal of $10,000 for 2022.

The initial application is free, but if your pet gets picked it’s $150 to be in the book, handled by South Tampa’s AGoldPhoto Pet Photo Studio. Along with a photoshoot, participants will also write a note to their canine best friend thanking them for being them. (Might want to get some tissues ready for that task.)

”The funds raised from this project will help shelter animals in need and bring pets and their people closer together through photography,” AGoldPhoto co-owner Adam Goldberg wrote in a release.

The publication comes out in November, with a launch party to celebrate. To apply go to agoldphoto.com.

And if you’re looking for more ways to help the organization, its annual Bark in the Park happens on Saturday, Feb. 12.
