Nickelodeon boy band Big Time Rush is playing a Tampa concert this summer

Tik Tok pop star Dixie D'Amelio will open the show.

Turn the clock back to 2009 because Big Time Rush is going on tour for the first time since breaking up and has plans to stop in Tampa this summer.

Tickets to see Big Time Rush play MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa, Florida on Thursday, July 21 go on sale this Friday, Feb. 25 at 11 a.m. EDT. Ticket prices have yet to be announced, but Tik Tok pop star Dixie D'Amelio will open the show. Other Florida stops on Big Time Rush's "Forever Tour" include Jacksonville (July 19), Miami (July 22) and Orlando (July 23).

The band formed in 2009 when it also started starring in its own Nickelodeon series "Big Time Rush." The group is unapologetically sugar-pop and members of its current lineup—Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos PenaVega and Logan Henderson—are all still under 33 years old. The boys are touring behind a new single, "Call It Like I See It" and a still unreleased cut, "Not Giving You Up," which they performed this morning on "Good Morning America."
