With 15 million albums sold, endless critical acclaim, and Elvis Costello as her husband of 19 years, Diana Krall probably never has to sing another note in her life.
But during the pre-vaxx days of COVID-19, the 57-year-old jazz singer released This Dream of You, which she assembled in the latter half of last decade. Though we’re patiently waiting for her to collaborate with her husband (they’ve written together before, but have never recorded in the studio), Krall arrives at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Friday for the first time since 2001. She’s been to Clearwater since, but those shows happened downtown, as opposed to the recently-renovated Hall.
