That smell? It's news that the Tampa Bay Margarita & Music Festival is back after a two-year hiatus, with Southern rock staple Lynyrd Skynyrd headlining.
The festival—set for Saturday, May 28 in downtown Tampa's Julian B. Lane Park—also has Grammy-nominated, CMA Award-winning songwriter Elle King playing support. Surviving members of The Village People round out the lineup.
No word on whether Skynyrd and the Village People will collaborate to create the world's next big mashup, "Workin' for YMCA."
Tickets for Tampa Bay Margarita & Music Festival happening May 28 at Tampa's Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park are on sale now and start at $20, with VIP tickets—which include margs, air-conditioned restrooms and more—go for $125-$500 depending on how bougie you want to go.
The festival will include more than 50 varieties of margarita, curated food options for pairing and fireworks. Not bad for a Saturday night special.
