Two local favorites will join forces to bring a new concept to St. Pete.
Noble Tavern will combine concepts and atmosphere from Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm Kitchen & Bakery.
The “polished casual craft cocktail bar with creative culinary dishes” will have an atmosphere set to mimic that of an old world tavern and wrap it into a modern design, according to Noble Tavern’s Instagram.
Noble Tavern will use locally-sourced farm fresh flavors of Fat Beet Farm and their southern hospitality to create a unique experience.
Its menu will feature classic and craft cocktails, craft beer and barrel fresh wines.
Coming in 2023, the concept was created by Noble Crust owners Jeff Strouse, TJ Theilbar, Tim Curci and Chris Sweeney in a joint venture with Anthony Menna president and owner of Menna Development & Management (MDM Inc.).
“We’re extremely excited to be able to create a new concept with this joint venture,” Theilbar said. “We’re eager to become a part of the Grand Central District and downtown St. Pete community.”
The restaurant will be located in the newly built Tru by Hilton St. Petersburg at 17th Street and Central Avenue in the Grand Central District, with a unique view of the Tropicana Field.
“[MDM Inc.] is thrilled to partner with Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm in bringing the exciting Noble Tavern Off The Farm restaurant concept to the ground floor of our beautiful Tru by Hilton Hotel,” Ian Larson, senior vice president of MDM Inc., said. “This stylish and unique food and bar venue will be a dynamic new addition for the Grand Central District, the guests of the Hilton Tru Hotel and downtown St. Pete in general.”
Noble Tavern will be the third concept of Off The Cuff Concepts, which also includes Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm Kitchen & Bakery.
