freeFall Theatre’s 2022-23 season is off and running in St. Petersburg

‘Rose & Walsh’ in on through Aug. 28—and the season closes with ‘Oz’ next summer.

St. Pete’s freeFall Theatre has a packed schedule in store for its upcoming season.

Tickets are now available for a season filled with two world premieres, classic adventures, romance and more. In addition to the shows, the theater will also bring back gameNights, movie screenings, concerts and cabarets to its packed schedule.

Single tickets start at $45. Guests can also take advantage of the theater’s new monthly subscription: $29 for admission to all ticketed events during that month.

The season kicked off on July 29 with American playwright Neil Simon’s final play and witty romance “Rose & Walsh” which runs through Aug. 28.

Oct. 5-23, freeFall Theatre—located at 6099 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg—will hold the world premiere of “All Things Equal: The Life and Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg,” by Tony Award winner Rupert Holmes. freeFall’s hit holiday show, the hilarious and heartwarming “The Night Before,” follows, running Nov. 25-Dec. 24.

Other season shows include Chicago-based drama “Blues in the Night” (Jan. 27-Feb. 26), Ken Ludwig’s “Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery” (March 24-April 23), and the world premiere of freeFall’s “Oz” (June 2-July 9).

freeFall’s Tandem Series will also make a comeback for the 2022-23 season, bringing audiences concerts, shows and a variety of experiences. The theater’s popular gameNights and Movies with Matthew are also returning this season.
