A former Hasbro executive is selling his Tampa Bay mansion for $15 million, and it comes with a rooftop putting green

A gigantic waterfront mansion with ties to the toy company behind Nerf, Play-Doh, G.I. Joe and every other staple of your childhood, is now on the market in Sarasota.

Located at 1325 Westway Dr., the home was built in 2011 and is owned by former Hasbro executive David Hargreaves and his wife Linda.

The 6,590-square-foot home overlooks New Pass in Lido Shores, and features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a 60-foot lap pool, a sauna, gym, elevator, a deep water dock, and a rooftop terrace with putting green turf.

Hargreaves spent 35 years with Hasbro, in various executive positions from CFO to COO, but now runs an private investment firm.

If you'd like to own the house Hasbro built, its currently asking $15 million. The listing agents are Roger Pettingell and Nicholle McKiernan of Coldwell Banker Realty.
