The Back-to-School Coalition of Hillsborough County is hosting its annual Back-2 -School Health Clinics offering children NO COST medical requirements including; routine immunizations, COVID-19 vaccinations, school physicals, eye examinations, dental & hearing screenings, in addition to our eMerging healthy family toolkits.
We offer 7 convenient locations to choose from throughout Hillsborough County.
Parents or guardians must pre-register for an appointment @ www.back2schoolhealthclinic.org. We do not offer Sports Physicals, Daycare Physicals, or HeadStart Physicals.
For children requiring routine immunizations or shot record transfers, please have a copy of the child's shot records upon registration.
