Balancing Burnout: Restorative Yoga w Vanessa Autrey

Join us for Saturday morning yoga in our courtyard and a twist on the traditional Author Events we host! Vanessa Autrey is one of our local debut authors, as well as a certified Yoga instructor. There will be a bit of breathing, flowing, and stretching while Vanessa introduces us to a few practices and philosophies that literally saved her life. Wear something comfortable and bring a yoga mat/towel, water, and straps and blocks (if you have them.)
