I had a very St. Petersburg Saturday last weekend, and it started with a quick trip to Brick Street Farms which hosted a ‘VegFeast’ in its back lot while a vegan-minded expo happened inside. After a short stay, I left with 3 Dot Dash’s Impossible picadillo, Golden Dinosaurs Cuban sandwich and Nah Dogs' poke dog in my belly plus an O’Berry’s Succulents air plant in my hand (which my 15 month old somehow launched into the ether before I could even get to the Tombolo Books pick-up rack a few blocks away).—Ray Roa
