Former MLB All-Star Carlos Peña is lobbing his Central Florida home onto the market.
Located at 6125 Grosvenor Shore Dr, in Windermere, the Mediterranean-style home was built for Peña in 2009 for $3.5 million, and sits on Lake Tibet, which is part of the Butler Chain of Lakes just south of Orlando.
The 8,287-square-foot house comes with six bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as vaulted ceilings, a master suite with a second floor retreat, an outdoor kitchen, a dock, a pool and spa, and more.
The house is currently asking $7.4 million, and the listing agent is Jennifer Olmeda with WRA Real Estate Solutions.
Peña spend 14 seasons in the MLB, with four of those in Tampa Bay. While on the Rays, Peña earned the franchise's first AL Golden Glove in 2008, and the following year he appeared in the All-Star game, replacing Dustin Pedroia.
Peña has also had a successful career as a broadcaster, and recently lended his talents to the popular baseball video game, “MLB The Show 23.”
