A baby clothes tycoon is looking to offload his sprawling waterfront estate in Siesta Key.
Located at 3500 Bayou Louise Ln., the home was built in 2002 and is owned by New Jersey native Jerald Kamiel, president of Garan Inc., which is the the parent company of popular Walmart children's clothing brand Garanimals.
Designed by Sarasota architect Thorning Little, the 6,300-square-foot home comes with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass windows, and a 180-degree view giving nearly every room a view of Big Pass.

According to property record, Kamiel purchased the home in 2021 for $8.05 million. The home is now listed for $11.5 million, and the listing agents is Judy Kepecz-Hays of Coldwell Banker Realty.
