Have Gun, Will Travel brought live music back to Crowbar in Ybor City

It’s been more than seven months since music venues across the country shut down to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and while more than 90% of clubs are still in danger of closing, many in Florida have been given to the green light to try and make some money and try to stay alive. One club—Crowbar, whose owner, Tom DeGeorge, has been reluctant to bust things wide open in the fear of putting his staff and patrons in danger—is wading back into the live music scene with limited-capacity (read: 100 people, roughly 25% of normal capacity), seated and livestreamed shows. Here’s everything Dave Decker saw when Americana favorite Have Gun, Will Travel took to the stage on Saturday, Oct. 17. —Ray Roa
