If all else fails, you can move into this Florida corn crib for $150K

A nearly 100-year-old Florida corn crib is now for sale, and it might be the clearest sign yet that this state's real estate market has a record low inventory.

Located just west of Tallahassee at 811 Spooner Rd,  in Quincy, the 900-square-foot corn crib was built in 1930 and sits on a 10-acre plot.

The current owners have since ditched the corn and renovated the crib into a livable space, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, as well as an outdoor kitchen and a screened in porch.

This countrified corn crib house is currently asking $149,900 and the listing agent is Jason Boone of Coldwell Banker Hartung.
