If you're going to live in a Tampa Bay trailer park, it might was well be in this thing

A completely over-the-top modular home located in St. Petersburg's Americana Cove mobile home community is now on the market.

Located at 124 Mount Curve Ave NE no. 8, the home was built in 2018 and came as a kit from Palm Harbor Homes, says listing agent Marty Pozgay of Barefoot Realty Group. "The owner is an eccentric guy," says Pozgay. "He basically used the kit as a starting point, but customized everything else himself to match his taste."

Besides a billboard-sized address on the side of the garage, the 1,140 square foot home also comes with three-bedrooms and two-and-a-half-bathrooms, as well as imported granite from India, waterproof high-end vinyl flooring, and is built Wind Zone III Construction standards.

The only catch is you have to be at least 55 years of age to live in Americana Cove. So, boomers only.

The home is currently asking $335,000.
