Heisman Trophy winner and Super Bowl champ Charles Woodson just sold his longtime Florida home for $670,000.
Located in Orlando's Cypress Point gated community, the former Michigan Wolverine purchased the 4,040-square-foot home for $570,000 back in 1998, just a few days before he was drafted to the Oakland Raiders. Built in 1994, the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate features a swimming pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a two-story living room with a fire place.
While Woodson's home of 22 years is now off his hands and off the market, the former Pro Bowl cornerback still has another Orlando residence in the Lake Nona area.
Since retiring from the NFL in 2014, Woodson has been a frequent commentator on ESPN and Fox Sports. He also owns his own wine label, appropriately named "Intercept."
The listing agent was Matthew Reynolds of Chris Quarles Properties.
