NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen has been trying to sell his Florida mansion for well over a decade. Initially listing the home for $16 million in 2010, the Fort Lauderdale pad has been on and off the market ever since, and is now going for $9.8 million. According to Realtor.com, there's a few factors at play, including an oversaturated market for high-end mansions, the home faces a canal rather than the beach, and while it is a gorgeous house- it could probably use a major facelift. But the All-Star's pad does come with plenty of perks, like a full basketball court, a movie theater, a waterslide, and a gym.
