Tampa Bay promoter Savage Beat brought a heavyweight punk show to Tampa's West River district on Thursday night, with a show headlined by Texas' Off With Their Heads. The band was forced to cancel its last scheduled Ybor City show, so the crowd was ready to see the show opened by Rutterkin, City Mouse and Busy Weather. Savage Beat's next Hooch and Hive show is the promoters beloved Pre-Fest throwdown happening in October.
