Pandemics are apparently less scary when Halloween’s on a Saturday and under a blue moon. In Ybor City, revelers were out and about, and in St. Petersburg, they were in the streets, too. Beloved St. Pete bar The Bends also returned for its first in-person event since lockdown when psych-rock band Pleasures played an outdoor stage. —Ray Roa
