Hip-hop fans from across the state traveled to Tampa on Friday night to see Apathy and Celph Titled—co-founders of underground rap supergroup Demigodz—kick off the return of the Ybor City music festival which returned from a 7-year hiatus this weekend with a support bill that included K.III, Albert J, Psych Montano, Slopfunkdust and Mike Mass.
