St. Patrick's Day parties had to end at 5 p.m. this year in the wake of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' order that all bars and nightclubs close at 5 p.m. So, local photographer Dylan Melcher set out to document the day, and found much of downtown Tampa and Tampa Heights' Armature Works almost completely deserted.
