The winner of 31 Formula One races is selling his waterfront home on Belleair's private Belleview Island.
Located at 409 Saint Andrews Dr., the home was built in 1992 and his currently owned by British F1 racing legend Nigel Mansell and his wife Roseanne.
According to property records, Mansell purchased the 5,012-square-foot home in 2019 for $2.4 million and is now asking $4.75 million.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home sits behind the gates of the Belleair Country Club, and comes with a pool, a wrap-around balcony, hurricane windows, solar panels, and automatic blinds throughout, says the listing.
Over the years, Mansell has owned a few high-end homes in the Tampa Bay area, including another waterfront house just down the street, and the legendary Century Oaks Estate in Clearwater.
Mansell was inducted to the International Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2005, and is still only person to hold both the World Drivers' Championship and the American open-wheel National Championship simultaneously.
The listing agent is Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty.
