Big Papi has sold his big mansion.
According to the Wall Street Journal, retired Boston Red Sox legend David Ortiz sold his 10,178-square-foot house, located at 9505 SW 63rd Ct., in Pinecrest, for $10.55 million. The home was first listed back in February for $12.5 million.
The sale, which occured on March 26, is a new record for the area, says the publication.
The home comes with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a theater with a bar, a sports memorabilia lounge, an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, and three fire pits.
The 47-year-old Hall of Famer purchased the property with his now ex-wife Tiffany in 2016 and built the home for $1.5 million, reports Mansion Global.
The listing agent was Michael Martinez of One Sotheby's International Realty.
