Mark Morrison, the '90s pop star known for the hit song "Return of the Mack," recently purchased a home in Florida for $1.8 million.
Located in Palm Beach Gardens, the 3,489-square-foot home was built in 2015 and comes with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as high-end finishes, a pool and spa, a "NASA-approved, hospital-grade" air cleaning system, and plenty of room to run his label Mack Life Records.
The 50-year-old recently announced the purchase on his Instagram account, saying he paid all cash for the house.
"10 years ago i was homeless….Today i purchased myself a house for $2M in cash….GodisGood," wrote Morrison in the post.
Morrison's "Return of the Mack" was by far his biggest hit, peaking at No. 2 in the U.S. back in 1997, but since then the British artist has run into a myriad of legal issues, including serving a year in prison for hiring an impersonator to do his community service while he went on tour.
Recently, Morrison has reached a new audience, thanks to a Post Malone mashup of "Return of the Mack" that went viral on TikTok last month.
