St. Pete mansion sells for $13 million, a new record for Snell Isle

Tampa Bay's real estate market has yet to completely cool off, and if you don't believe us, just look at this massive house on Snell Isle in St. Petersburg, which recently sold for a record-breaking price tag.

Located at 1761 Brightwaters Blvd. NE, the the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom house sold last week for $13 million, making it the most expensive in the 33704 zip code.

The sale of the home has yet to appear on the Pinellas County website, but as the Tampa Bay Times points out, the price would make it the most expensive home ever sold in the area, surpassing a $9 million home sold in 2011.

Built in 2022, the 8,773-square-foot modern-style mansion comes with a great room with a 22-foot ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, a resort-style backyard with pool, spa and an outdoor kitchen, as well as a new private dock with a 24,000 -pound boat lift.

Carol Fasick Joyce and Alexis Logan from Coldwell Banker were the listing agents for the sale.
