St. Pete's landmark Snell Isle home 'Villa Tramonta Rosa' is now for sale

A landmark home on St. Petersburg's Snell Isle is now for sale. Called "Villa Tramonta Rosa," this Spanish Mediterranean villa was built in 1928 and remained in local developer C. Perry Snell's family until the late 2000s.

Located at 3307 Brightwaters Blvd. NE, the 4,309-square-foot home sits on a double lot with a massive 173-feet of waterfront and comes with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a historic gazebo recently purchased back from the City of St. Petersburg.

Villa Tramonta Rosa also features a dock, an outdoor kitchen, a stone outdoor fire place, as well as a new wing added in 2017 with an oversized two car garage.

The home's listing agent is Melody Stang of Melody Stang Realty Inc.
