Tampa's 'Herbert Draper' house is for sale, and it has two rooftop patios

A real historic Tampa gem once owned by Herbert Draper, one of the area's most successful realtors during Florida's early land boom of the 1920s, is now for sale on Davis Island.

Designed by famed architect Martin L. Hampton, the $1,365,000 home is located on 36 Columbia Dr., and is actually listed on the U.S. National Register for Historic Places. Featuring 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, this 3,392-square-foot, L-shaped shaped hacienda has been fully restored, and comes with a three-story open campanile and two rooftop patios.

The estate also comes with a private guesthouse and a 20,000 gallon saltwater pool.

Th listing agent is KeAndre Smith of Paci Realty LLC
