A Clearwater home belonging to the late actress Kirstie Alley has found a buyer.
After initially hitting the market last January with an asking price of $5,995,000, the waterfront home was recently purchased for $5,220,000.
However, Pinellas County property records have not been updated to show the identity of the buyer.
Located at 1100 N Osceola Ave., the 7,815-square-foot sits in the Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood and features nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms. It also sports a media room, a heated pool and spa, three balconies, two courtyards, a 60-foot dock, a 200-foot protective wall around the property, and more.
Known for her roles on the show "Cheers," the "Look Who's Talking" film series, and stints as the spokesperson for Jenny Craig and Pier 1 Imports, Alley passed away at the age of 71 in late 2022 after a battle with stage four colon cancer.
The home, which is just down the street from former co-star and fellow Scientologist John Travolta's former house, was purchased by Alley in 2000 for $1.5 million from singer Lisa Marie Presley, who passed away earlier this year due to complications with weight-loss surgery.
