The 4th Annual Dunedin International Film Festival (DIFF), presented by the St. Pete Clearwater Film Commission, is coming to Dunedin Jan. 13 to 16. This year’s theme is “Global to Local” which exemplifies the 76 films from 16 countries that will be shown at the festival.
