The former home of Tampa Bay Bucs QB Vinny Testaverde is back on the market, again

The former Tampa area home of Vinny Testaverde is once again back on the market.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneer unsuccessfully put his lakefront Odessa home up for auction in March of 2017 for $4.9 million, and then after changing realtors brought it back on the market for $3.95 million in June of 2019.  Almost a year later, the sprawling Odessa property finally sold on June 24 for $2.8 million.

Now, it appears the home is once again for sale. Listed at $3,950,00, the home is currently owned by Dominic Leinen, and the listing agents are Karen Hegemeier and Jackie Diaz of Premier Sothebys International Realty.

Located at 17122 Gunn Hwy., the 13,000-square-foot home sits on Lake Keystone and features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a heated pool and spa, a dance studio, a movie theater, a game room, a wine cellar, a full-sized gym, tennis courts, a boat dock, and can accommodate your horses (1 or 2 ponies per acre).

It's also got seven new A/Cs with air scrubbers, Sonos throughout the home and loads of other upgrades.
