The former PDQ president is selling his Tampa mansion for $2.3 million

Stephen Erickson, the former president of popular chicken tendie chain PDQ and now the CEO of Fresh Kitchen, is selling his massive Tampa home inside the gated Avila community.

Located at 16102 Sonsoles De Avila, the 8,255-square-foot home was built in 2004, and comes with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a wine room, two laundry rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a gym, a billiard room, an elevator, multiple chandeliers, a pool and spa, and an oversized four-car garage.

In a way, Erickson is somewhat of a local restaurant legend. Before launching the gluten-free-focused Fresh Kitchen in 2019, Erickson was the former Outback Steakhouse senior vice president of operations, and eventually helped Outback Steakhouse co-founder Bob Basham get his Tampa-based PDQ concept off the ground. Now, Erickson is all about build-your-own bowls. After debuting in 2014, Fresh Kitchen has grown to seven locations and counting.

The house that food assembly built is currently asking is $2,350,000, and the listing agent is Michelle Fitz-Randolph of Coldwell Banker Residential.
