Located at 13436 Boca Ciega Ave, in Madeira Beach, the 570-square-foot home is newly remodeled and comes with one-bedroom, one-bathroom and it's extremely close to the beach. It's also currently the smallest home on the market in the entire Tampa Bay region.
Demand for homes in Tampa Bay has been at an all-time high, and while the price for this particular home is the cheapest you'll get in Madeira Beach, it's still relatively high for the rest of the county.
As of now, the median price for Pinellas County homes is just above $400,000, and nearby in Hillsborough County, the median home price is $392,000.
It's also important to note that Tampa Bay's housing inventory is about half the size that it was pre-pandemic, so even the smallest homes are seeing some eye-popping prices at the moment.
But still, in the case of this particular beach cottage, you're also getting a near 4,000 square-foot lot that's prime for development, which is a very real possibility for this pad.
