The South Tampa home of pop star CADE is now for sale

The home of Ultra Music Label's Cade is now on the market in South Tampa.

Located at 2807 W Parkland Blvd., in the Parkland Estates neighborhood, the home was built in 1948 and is owned by Daniel and Tia Larson, parents of pop musician Cade (stylized "CADE") and his DJ brother D.A. Larson.

The 7,906-square-foot home comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and, of course, a professional-grade recording studio.

The 25-year-old Cade  is currently signed to the electronic label Ultra Music, which is also home to acts like DEADMAU5, Lil Jon, Calvin Harris and others. Besides opening on the main stage at last year's Gasparilla Music Festival, CADE currently has 2.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and his 2017 remix of Maggie Lindemann’s "Pretty Girl," with collaborator Cheat Codes, reached platinum in the U.S and U.K.

The CADE house is currently asking $5 million and the listing agents are Leslie Minder and Mary Beth Byrd of Smith & Associates Real Estate.
