Located at 12100 Gulf Blvd, in Treasure Island, the The Beach House motel was built in 1956, and has changed hands a few times over the years. But it's also witnessed some much needed upgrades, like new windows, furniture, A/C units, and more, says the listing.
Besides being 100 yards to the beach, the area is also home to quite a few other classic motels, like the nearby Thunderbird Beach Resort, the Sea Chest and The Sands.
According to property records, the motel was purchased by its current owners in January of 2022 for $2,450,000 and is currently asking $4,350,000. The listing agent is Dana Klima of Coldwell Banker Realty.
The 10 unit motel is being sold turn-key, says the listing.
