This Florida river house comes with an island, and a staircase built out of a tree

A literal "treehouse" along the Withlacoochee River is now on the market in Inglis, Florida.

Located at 11449 N Honey Jordan Point, the estate was completed in 1969, and actually includes three separate homes on the same lot, a two-car garage, a shed and its own nearly 1-acre island.

The main house, called "Casa del Rio," comes with a lime rock fireplace, an office, a sunroom and an upper and lower deck that lead out to the river. The guest house, also known as "The Lodge," features a loft bedroom, its own kitchen and open concept living room area. Then, of course there's "The Treehouse," which is yet another guesthouse, but with an actual indoor tree that's been turned into a spiral staircase with rope handrails.

In total, the riverfront estate features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,466-square-feet of living space.

As of now, the home is asking $550,000 and the listing agents are Michael Orlito and Kim DeVane of Re/Max Realty One.
