The Crystal Blue Lagoon Bed & Breakfast, located at 244 NE 2nd Ct., hit the market yesterday with a hefty price tag.
The property sits at the edge of Kings Bay and is uniquely positioned with its own spring head, House Spring, literally on the property line. And, as you can see in the photos below, this results in quite a few manatees hanging out in the backyard at all hours of the day.
House Spring, part of the Hunters Spring run, is a common hangout area for local manatees due to the near constant 72-degree waters. The spring is also a popular tourist spot, and is often used as a staging area for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for picking up and dropping off injured or rescued manatees.
Previously known as Crystal Cove, the popular B&B was originally built in 1960, and comes with 3,000-square-feet of living space, as well as a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
