Sony's ugly duckling PS3 Slim has toppled Wii Sports Resort's from it's #1 spot on Amazon's video game bestsellers list and has held it's ground for 5 whole days. That's a feat when you're a Sony product going up against a Wii Sports title. The PS3 Slim would like you to forget the fact that Wii Sports Resort has been on Amazon's top 100 for the past 130 days and that the PSP Go is nowhere to be found.
The Slim assures us it won't meet the same fate as the PSP Go. "Things are different, guys," says the PS3 Slim. "I've lost weight! They've added a '2000' to my model number! I'm a new woman console!" Will it stay at the top of Amazon's charts? Your guess is as good as ours. But something tells us that Wii Sports Revenge is planning it's revenge even at this moment.
