Vintage connoisseurs can follow their bliss at Brocante Market in downtown St. Pete this weekend.
Run by multiple vendors who call themselves “Brocanteurs,” the store’s monthly bazaar captures all of the excitement of an authentic vintage street market. Visitors will be able to browse through handpicked, upcycled, re-inspired or reimagined furniture, home decor, typewriters and more — in addition to all all this shopping fun, there will be complimentary coffee both mornings from Brew D Licious and a food truck each day, from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. This month's trucks will include Mixed Breed on Saturday and Health Freakz Cafe on Sunday.
The Brocanteurs also do a sneak peek preview party on the Friday evening before the market each month, which includes food, refreshments, live music and a first peek at all the goods, but is but it’s by invite only. People can win an invitation by going to their website and signing up for an email newsletter — they draw winners at random each month.
This month's market will take place on June 7-8, 9 a.m.-7 p.m., 2200 Second Ave S., St. Petersburg.
