Shuffle’s backyard is a great place to catch a show—a free Friday night one at that.
Tampa rock band King of Denmark claims The Afghan Whigs, Foo Fighters, and Manchester Orchestra as influences, which is a mix I can definitely deal with. Three-piece Rototiller is also on the bill–made up of lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Scott Lavan Miller, bassist Peter Nuffer and drummer Greg Fiorisi. (Miller and Nuffer are also a part of The Holy Terror, so it could get freaky.) Rototiller’s debut album Arrive Alive is filled with “razor-sharp and saturated in no-nonsense rock and roll firepower,” according to Creative Loafing Tampa Bay's senior music correspondent Gabe Echazabal.
