After a two-week manhunt, 74 foam-damaged parking meters, and at least $12,000 in damages, it appears St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman has finally captured his vandals.

This evening, the St. Petersburg Police Department announced that they’ve arrested two suspects, 34-year-old Nicholas Ryan Scott Windholz and 32-year-old Kiersten Lynn Lyons, for spraying foam sealant directly into downtown parking meters.

“Time Expired on Parking Meter Vandals,” said SPPD, in a sassy Facebook post. According to the post, Windholz is charged with three counts of felony criminal mischief and Lyons is charged with one count.

As of now, no motive has been announced.

But today’s arrests come less than 48 hours after Kriseman took to Twitter to announce to his constituents that he will hunt down these foam-wielding parking meter haters. “A message to the vandal(s): We will find you. We will prosecute you,” tweeted the mayor.

Apparently, he wasn’t kidding.
