The 8th annual Whiskey Obsession festival, which is centered on all things whiskey, has outgrown its Sarasota home and is now moving into a bigger digs at Tampa’s Armature Works on April 29.
According to the Herald-Tribune, the Founder of the festival, Turner C. Moore, says there were many factors in the overall decision, but the main reason for the big change is due to the fact that the festival has simply become too popular.
“The event grew way beyond what I ever expected it to,” Moore said to paper.
According to their site, the one-day festival will feature "classes, tastings, a custom whisky-infused dinner buffet, VIP pours and tastings from hundreds of whiskies and cocktails."
Tickets are available now, starting at $79 for general admission and $119 for VIP access.
