Vote “No” on Judge Daniel Sleet

Sleet is a Rick Scott-appointee who wrote the recent decision for Florida’s parent-consent abortion bill, requiring minors to get parental consent in order to get an abortion.

Vote “No” on conservative Judge Drew Atkinson and Judge Andrea Teves Smith

Atkinson is a member of the Federalist Society. He and Smith are also both Rick Scott appointees. Would DeSantis appointees be preferable? Probably not, but there’s no convincing argument to retain them.

Vote “Yes” on Judge Morris Silberman
Although Silberman was appointed to the District Court of Appeals by former Governor ‘Please clap’ Jeb Bush, he’s been described as a ‘moderate’ who is preferable to a new appointee by the current Republican Governor DeSantis. Republicans also seem eager to vote him out. We recommend voting to retain.
