Grand Hacienda Mexican Cuisine is expanding with a new location at Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg. The latest addition makes its debut this month in between BoneFish Grill and Jos. A. Bank, near Dicks Sporting Goods and PetSmart.
The restaurant, located at 2424 Tyrone Blvd., will serve signature menu items like street tacos and chicken fajitas in a half pineapple shell with shrimp, bacon, chorizo and grilled onion.
If you’re in the mood for something a little boozier, Grand Hacienda hosts a full bar. The restaurant’s cocktail menu includes plenty of margaritas and an al pastor cocktail with pineapple, basil, cilantro and chile guajillo. Tipsy retail purchases may be in your future.
Ballers on a budget can enjoy Grand Hacienda's weekday happy hour from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. plus bottomless mimosa brunches on weekends.
“We are thrilled to add Grand Hacienda to our lineup of dining options at Tyrone Square Mall,” Jeni Wilson, Tyrone Square Mall manager said in a statement. “It’s exciting to be supporting local business owners and grow to meet the needs of our community.”
Although Tyrone Square isn’t as loaded as International Plaza’s Bay Street when it comes to eats, the mall is on the come up with concepts like The Brass Tap, Longhorn Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill on its roster.
If you want to get a taste before the opening, Grand Hacienda already has spaces in downtown St. Pete at 399 11th Ave. N. and 4349 Gulf Blvd. on St. Pete Beach.
