Grateful Dead fans have been through the wringer as of late as they grappled with the ethics of Dead & Co. playing The Sphere in Vegas and whether or not they’re cool with Jonah Hill playing Jerry Garcia in Martin Scorsese’s still-forthcoming biopic about the band.

Jerry would’ve turned 82 years old this week, and to celebrate members of Tampa Bay’s revered tribute outfit Uncle John’s Band (bassist Mike Edwards, Michael Bortz on drums, John Sabal on keys, plus Alan Gilman and Rich Whitley on guitar) play an indoor, acoustic tribute.
