As Fresh Kitchen prepares to reopen a new South Tampa location next month, all of its stores are getting a new look.

Ciccio Restaurant Group is spending more than $1 million to update Fresh Kitchen and fitness studio Camp, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reports.

FK stores in St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Miami and Davie will be remodeled with white brick exteriors and brown and tan interiors. Its signature pink will be a little brighter, with FK in bubble letters.

Fresh Kitchen will finally have a South Tampa location again in June, at 1719 W. Kennedy Blvd.—formerly Ducky’s Sports Lounge. The original South Tampa FK at 1350 S Howard Ave. burned down in 2024 a decade after it opened.

Ciccio plans to open two more Fresh Kitchens this year and four more in 2027, brand head Jamie Lanza told the Business Journal.

UPDATE 5/12/26: This article has been updated to clarify that the flagship South Tampa fresh kitchen will not reopen in its original spot on S Howard Ave. and to reflect that the chain is moving into the former Ducky’s Sport Lounge at 1719 W. Kennedy Blvd.
