Arrested Development’s Todd Thomas is a subject in a documentary that follows four incarcerated men in Richmond, Virginia who come into contact with Thomas as he helps them utilize a prison recording studio that doubles as a special inmate rehab program. America locks up more of its citizens per capita than any other nation on the planet. This film is a must see.
