Summer's hard sometimes. It's hot, and that makes you want beer. But it's hot, so you want to go swimming. How can you drink beer and still feel good about how you look in a swimsuit? Exercise.

Stop shaking your head, we're not done yet. 

3 Daughters Brewing has a way for you to have your beer and your beach body — run for it. 

Yes, we know it's hot out. That's probably why the run's only three miles — and also why they're billing it as a "Christmas in July" run (psst, 3 Daughters? putting the word "Christmas" into an event doesn't fool anyone into thinking it's not hot as balls out, but we really like you, so we're gonna let this one slide). 

In all fairness, afternoon runs suck a lot less than morning runs in the summer, three miles isn't that far and also, there's beer at the end. To make it all seem jollier, they're also going to play Christmas music, hold a costume contest and have sno-cones. Ho, ho, ho!
