American Stage’s spring offering gets attendees out of the theater and onto the trail. A nearly mile-long, wheelchair-accessible, one at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve to be exact.

For this installment of “Tales By Twilight,” the cast—including past Creative Loafing Tampa Bay Editor-In-Chief and current contributor David Warner, who plays Art the tortoise—works through Anthony Gervais’ “Don’t Feed the Animals.”

Bring bug spray, your water bottle, and layers if you’re the kind who needs them. If you have a headlamp with a red light setting, then bring that to the 60-70-minute show, too (if you don’t, the company will share theirs).

Tickets for Tales By Twilight ‘Don’t Feed the Animals’ happening Thursdays-Sundays, Jan. 30-Feb. 23 at St. Petersburg’s Boyd Hill Nature Preserve are still available for $43. Readers are invited to submit their own events to Creative Loafing Tampa Bay’s things to do calendar.
