YES, WEI: Scene from Change, one of the episodes in Art of the Twenty-First Century, screening April 5 at the Morean Arts Center. Credit: Art21.org

The Morean Arts Center, with the St. Petersburg Clay Company, will screen a sneak preview of season six of the Peabody Award-winning documentary Art in the Twenty-First Century.

The programs show artists around the world at work and speaking in their own words. They include Marina Abramovic, Ai Weiwei, David Altmejd, El Anatsui, assume vivid astro focus, Lynda Benglis, Rackstraw Downes, Glenn Ligon, Robert Mangold, Catherine Opie, Mary Reid Kelley, Sarah Sze and Tabaimo.

The Morean Arts Center and St. Petersburg Clay Company are two of six sites in Florida where the broadcasts will be previewed.

Admission is free and the screenings are scheduled for Thursdays in April at 6 p.m.

Cash bar will be available for all attendees.
